Customer Service

Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order.

We aim to respond within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, responses may take slightly longer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Returns and Delivery Issues

Before returning an item, please email us for return instructions. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.
